MEMBER ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES
On the morning of August 24th, in Hanoi, the Vietnam-Hungary Friendship Association of Hanoi convened an expanded Executive Committee meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to streamline personnel matters and implement preparatory content for the 5th Congress, covering the 2024-2029 term.
The meeting was presided over by Chairman Đặng Vũ Nhật Thăng and attended by Vice Chairpersons, members of the Standing Committee, and the Executive Committee of the Association.
The delegates actively contributed to the draft report summarizing the 4th term, discussing the direction for the 5th term, and reviewing the Congress’s documents and the personnel proposal for the Vietnam-Hungary Friendship Association of Hanoi’s Executive Committee. The Executive Committee for the 5th term is expected to consist of 31 members, including 10 members of the Standing Committee. Notably, 100% of the delegates present unanimously agreed to nominate Mr. Đặng Vũ Nhật Thăng to continue as a member of the Executive Committee and to elect him as Chairman for the 5th term.
The 5th Congress of the Vietnam-Hungary Friendship Association of Hanoi for the 2024-2029 term is expected to take place on September 14, 2024, at the Tay Ho District Political Center.
